These terms apply to your use of RedStreet.ph, which is run by Hood Box Office LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.
Adults only
The site covers bars, clubs and nightlife, and is for adults 18 and over. You must be 18 or older, and old enough to drink where you live, to use it.
Using our content
The articles, photos, videos and design on RedStreet.ph belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to read, share links to and quote short parts of our pages with a credit and a link. Don't copy whole articles, republish our photos or scrape the site without written permission.
Videos embedded from YouTube belong to the channels that made them. We show them with credit to those channels.
Accuracy
We check what we publish, but prices, opening hours, venues and rules change, and mistakes happen. Confirm anything important before you rely on it. If you spot an error, email info@hoodboxoffice.com and we will look at it.
Your safety and the law
Our guides describe what places are like. They aren't advice to do anything illegal. Follow local law, look after your own safety, and drink responsibly.

Some links on the site, including links to Klook, are affiliate links. We earn a commission if you book through these links, at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change what we recommend, and we say so next to the link.
Comments and posts
If you post a comment or other content, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to show it on the site. Don't post anything illegal, abusive, hateful or spam, or anyone's private information. We can remove anything we think breaks these rules.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email info@hoodboxoffice.com with:
your contact details;
the work you own;
the page where it appears;
a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner.
We review every notice and remove material when appropriate.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content, their policies or anything you buy from them.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
